Who is the controller of your personal data?
PRESTO IBERICA SA is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs the user that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing operations are:
Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to the personal data.
Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
Handling orders, requests and responding to queries or any request made by the USER via any of the contact channels available on the CONTROLLER’s website.

Sending the online newsletter with news, offers and promotions related to our activity.
On what grounds can we process your personal data?
Because processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
Legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis, etc. and handling orders and requests submitted by the USER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be kept no longer than necessary for the processing purpose, or as required by law. Once no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures ensuring anonymisation or full destruction.
To whom do we share your personal data?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is envisaged except, where necessary for the processing purposes, to our communications service providers with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data-processor agreements as required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER’s rights are:
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data, and restriction or objection to processing.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unambiguously accept that their data is necessary to respond to their request. Entering data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees the accuracy of the personal data provided and is responsible for notifying any changes.
The CONTROLLER states that all data requested on the website is mandatory, as it is required to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, the information and services delivered may not fully meet the user’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and specifically with the principles set out in Article 5 GDPR: lawfulness, fairness and transparency toward the data subject, and adequacy, relevance and limitation to what is necessary for the processing purposes.
The CONTROLLER warrants that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the USERS’ rights and freedoms, and has provided them with the appropriate information to exercise them.
